William Kitchen Chairman/CEO Bill Kitchen has more than 30 years of successful entrepreneurial and senior executive expertise. Mr. Kitchen was the Founder and CEO of Beacon Broadcasting, Inc. in which he built, acquired and consolidated numerous radio stations in mid-sized markets throughout the US and Caribbean. He was responsible for executive management of ad sales, marketing, and engineering. He successfully sold the Company in 1990 after 10 years of operations. He later added the role of inventor to entrepreneur, successfully building his first amusement ride company, SkyCoaster, serving as its Chairman and CEO. The company was based upon unique patented technology that he created and commercialized. SkyCoaster remains one of the most thrilling amusement ride products in the market, combining elements of skydiving and hang-gliding and has been installed in more than 100 locations internationally. He sold the company profitably after 6 years of operations. He then successfully built and sold a second amusement ride company, SkyVenture, where he served as its Chairman and CEO. The company’s patented technology authentically simulates freefall skydiving in a safe, vertical wind tunnel and has 16 locations internationally either installed or under construction. The company currently reports more than $20 million in gross licensor revenue. Mr. Kitchen currently holds eight patents with 4 additional pending. |

Elroy McConnell CFO & COO Roy McConnell has 22 years of experience in entrepreneurial operations, executive financial management, public accounting and internal auditing. Before joining PhotoActive.com, Mr. McConnell served as CFO and Controller for SkyVenture, LLC, a leading, high-technology, international attractions business. Previously, he served as Construction Finance Manager of the Orlando Aviation Authority. Mr. McConnell was also Controller of Advantor Corporation, a leading provider of systems integration and turnkey security installations to organizations throughout the world. Earlier in his career, Mr. McConnell served as a senior auditor for both PriceWaterhouse Coopers and SunTrust Banks, Inc. Mr. McConnell is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor. He holds a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelors degree in Accounting from West Chester University. |

Johnathan Robinson VP of Sales & Marketing Johnathan Robinson has more than twenty years of senior management experience in marketing and sales. Prior to joining PhotoActive.com, Mr. Robinson was Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Topica, Inc., a leading online sales and marketing solution provider. Previously, he served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Everyone.net, responsible for developing and managing advertising, direct marketing, distribution and other partnership programs. Prior to that, Mr. Robinson was Executive Vice President of Media for SmartAge Corporation, where he oversaw strategic planning, product development, sales management, media marketing, and ad operations. He also served as Vice President of Ad Sales for NetChannel, Inc (now AOLTV), and co-founded RealTime Partners (acquired by Petry Interactive, now 24 / 7 Media), which specialized in representation and marketing consultation for interactive services. He holds a B.S. in Radio, TV, and Film from Northwestern University. |
